Hi Alex, I'm working in Argentina doing similar work with hydraulics
applications. What I think you might be interested in is a tool like PGI
from the Portland Group. It allows you to perform profiling of applications(
e.g., to identify the "hot spots" in your app).
Tell me more about your project, the architecture of the cluster, the nodes,
the network, the compiler used, the fortran version, etc.
