XMPI is a profiling tool for any LAM/MPI application. The only
profiling information it provides is with regards to the behavior of
LAM (message transfer times, when receives are posted, etc.). It
does not give you any information about how your application is
spending it's time outside of the MPI library, and therefore is
language agnostic.
