The RPM you have appears to be built against a very old version of
glibc. And even if you got past that, it's doubtful the version of
LAM XMPI is linked against and the version you have installed will
interoperate, so it would fail when you tried to talk to the LAM
universe anyway. Your best bet is to build the SRPM from scratch.
