I want to report that wXMPI has released its first alpha version.
It is a port of the XMPI GUI to the wxWindows toolkit, so that XMPI has a
native look and feel of the
system it is running on, not just the Motif look.
It is available from Sourgeforge. The home page is
wxmpi.sf.net
and the project page is
www.sf.net/projects/wxmpi
The state is alpha: it compiles and runs, but not all functionality is
implemented, and it has bugs.
I don't have much time to continue with the project, so I'm hoping someone
might be interested in
working on it. Just send me an email if you are interested.
