Are there any LessTif installs on your machine? It looks like either
XMPI is finding another LessTif/Motif install or your installation of
LessTif is not complete. LessTif generally installs itself as a shared
library (if I recall correctly), so you may have to set your
LD_LIBRARY_PATH if there is another version of LessTif already
installed.
