As noted in the LAM/MPI dmg provided on our web page, it is not possible
to build XMPI against that version of LAM/MPI - you have to compile LAM
your self from source. Be sure to read the XMPI readme before you build
LAM - there are some configure flags you must enable that are not
available by default.
Also, you appear to be using an older version of XMPI - you should use the
latest beta, available at:
http://www.lam-mpi.org/beta/
Older versions most likely will not work.
