I am Rohit Dhamal and I am a Medical Biotechnologist and currently
working on Bioinformatics in cancer research and biomarker development.
I simulate pathways, Molecular Docking, and Sequencing. I need a good
computational power and hence would like to build my own small cluster.
I am new to clustering and would like to test a cluster of tow nodes. I
am planning for a dual socket motherboard and intel E5 2600 series
processors if I succeed my first run. All I need are your inputs and
guidance. Kindly help me building and configuring my cluster.
