You must use the mpicc wrapper command for the MPI of your choice in
place of cc so that the path for mpi.h is taken correctly. The mpi.h
must be as built as part of the installed MPI. You can't simply guess
at what it must contain. If you are just learning MPI, your time is
better spent learning a currently supported MPI such as OpenMPI, which
has full FAQs to deal with common questions.
