Well, MPI is a parallel computing infrastructure that makes no
assumption on the underlying network connection, which must not
necessarily use IP protocol, so it does not provide any IP-related
function (and the result of MPI_Get_processor_name is not guaranteed,
AFAIK, to be a valid IP hostname), so if you really need that, you
should use the standard libc functions, for this purpose.
