Dear all,

I faced the problem again while running mpirun using machinefile option.

When I give the command like this = "mpirun -np 2 --machinefile machinefile
namd2 ubq_wb_eq.conf", it gives the output which we get after mpirun --help.

Any suggestion, why is it soo?? How can I run lam-built program on several
PCs?
