FWIW, if you can, I'd suggest using Open MPI instead of LAM. LAM is
in maintenance mode; the last maintainer just passed his thesis
defense and I suspect that LAM will move down even further in his list
of priorities.
Second, do you really mean OpenPBS? That's *ancient* -- you might
want to use Torque instead.
