Hi All,
I am a new user of lam. I have
installed lam-7.1.3 with ifort compiler. When I use it to run charmm
program, it produces the following error
  forrtl:
severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred

When I increased the number of processors, it ran for few steps but
failed before completing the number of steps to be performed. The
ouput file is written with no error message.
 Â
        I already tried the
charmm script in serial mode , it ran with no error.Any suggestions/comments are accepted with thanks.
