Hi, I'm a Grad Student at UC Berkeley - working temporarily at James Madison
University, in Virginia. We're trying to get a radiation transport code,
called PHITS, working on a quad-core machine but are having trouble getting
the program to work on multiple processors. The makefile for PHITS, which
was developed by the Japanese Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA), has a specific
segment of code for a "Linux Beowulf cluster with LAM/MPI software package
by Indiana University."
I'm just wondering if anyone in your group (or associated with it) has dealt
specifically with PHITS or if JAEA simply acquired your software package on
their own.
