I do have a technical query... I have reviewed all lam technical infrastructure requirement and astonished to see that LAM clusters are still using NFS between cluster nodes on private network.... although there are lot of cluster filesystems are available in market.
Can i use GFS from red hat, or gpfs from ibm or veritas cluster filesystem instead of using NFS , while building lam clusters? Do i require any certification from LAM itself for this purpose?
Please advice, as i think that a cluster filesystem can contribute heavily in lam clusters and parrallel computing...
