First excuse my English :) I'm learning yet
I have a problem. I installed lam-mpi e configured it
in three cpu with fedora 8.
I change /etc/hosts from the 3 cpu, change ~/lamhosts
from the 3 too.
I start lamboot in one node and don't show me error.
Say that is all Ok. But when I run process with:
mpirun -np 3 mdrun_mpi -np 3 -v -deffnm run
Only my cpu is the processor in 100% other 2 cpu show
me that don't run any process.
I do a test. The time to conclude mdrun for with
mpirun command (for 3 cpu) is the same that I run in
the only one machine.
I can't find the problem. Somebody can help me?
