Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately, we are no longer
actively developing LAM/MPI and the Fortran interface for attributes
is not high enough priority for us to spend time fixing. If you need
this functionality, I'd recommend upgrading to Open MPI (http://www.open-mpi.org/
).
