Check your application; LAM is telling you that an MPI_REDUCE failed
because one of the arguments that you passed on rank 0 of that
communicator was bad. Are you sure that all the variables that you're
passing are valid when you invoke MPI_REDUCE? I think that "invalid
operation" in the error message *may* refer to the "op" argument, but
it's been too long since I've looked a the LAM code base, so I'm not
entirely sure...
