Hi list,
I have not been able to use the tm module within my current LAM
installation. LAM works fine with the SSI boot rsh for interactive jobs
and for batch jobs with Torque, but a Torque job such as:
#!/bin/sh
#PBS -l nodes=4
###
lamboot
mpirun N xhpl
lamhalt
runs only in one node (the master). If I force the tm module with:
lamboot -ssi boot tm
I get "The boot module named "tm" could not be found.". I am using:
LAM 7.1.2/MPI 2 C++/ROMIO
TORQUE 2.1.2 (with their simple pbs_sched scheduler)
both installed from Debian pre-compiled binaries.
How can I check if tm support was compiled/is working within LAM? And
within Torque? Is this a Torque issue (so I should go and bother their
users instead)? Any pointers are welcome since a search was not very
helpful.
Thanks in advance,
G
