Hi, list:
I compiled lam7.1.1 on ADM and Xeon cluster as following:
[root_at_amd1]./congifure --prefix=/usr/local/lam711 --with-boot-tm=/usr/pbs
then when I tried to compile a test executable as below I got:
[root_at_amd1]mpicc -o hello hello.c
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpbs
collect2: return 1
mpicc: No such file or directory
However, commercial software like Pamcrash/LS-dyna job can run over LAM
under PBS Pro.
If I configured it without the --with-boot-tm option, it is just OK, I can
compile and run hello without any issue.
Any comments?
