This is definitely just not true. In fact, from the very link you post you can
see several threads with questions and answers. (Myself, I have received very
helpful advice with questions in this list and have answered one or two

Not every question gets answered. There are many possible reasons for that;
from nobody knowing the answer to your question, to your question not being
well formulated, to your question making it obvious that key, simple steps
were not taken, etc, etc, etc.
Anyway, your email is unfair (and a classic example of the fallacy known
as "hasty generalization").
