Looks like this went in the SVN trunk at r10351 and the 7.1 branch at
r10352. Attached is the output of

svn di -r 10351:10352 > lam-haltd.patch

when run in a checkout of the 7.1.x SVN branch (it wasn't immediately
obvious to me how to run this command from outside of a 7.1.x checkout).
