This usually means that for some reason, the blcr module was not
successfully built. Can you send the output of configure or the
config.log files from the top level and share/ssi/crmpi/blcr/ of the
LAM build tree? The output of 'laminfo' would also be helpful.

CR isn't a valid option, but LAM isn't really good about warning
about options it doesn't recognize. So mpirun just silently ignored
the CR blcr option that it didn't understand.
