I unfortunately don't know what you're referring to. For example:
[7:56] eddie:/home/jsquyres/lam-6.3.2 % grep -r LAM_CHILD_ *
[7:56] eddie:/home/jsquyres/lam-6.3.2 %
Are you getting these names/symbols from within LAM somewhere, or did
you add on some package that provides this functionality?
