Hi Nam,

There is a method suggested for setting the nice value in this post:

Perhaps to set the nice value to a negative number, you can setup sudo on all
the nodes, making the appropriate changes in /etc/sudoers (I am no expert in
this area, so do not know exactly what you would need to add), and doing
something similar to what the above post suggested:

#!/bin/sh

sudo renice -1 $$
exec myProgram $*
-------
and then do 'mpirun C myScript < input' or whatever...
