Jeff,
Not going to pretend I have a solution, but I have some ideas. The
whole thing looks like your installation isn't available on the nodes.
Does this LAM build work with just a single machine, particularly the
one you compiled/installed on?
Do other compilers work? Other MPI installations?
The pgrep errors at the very bottom are interesting - AFAIK LAM itself
isn't running pgrep, but I could be wrong. Any idea where these errors
are coming from?
