I try to boot LAM with the following and receive an error:
../lam-mpi/bin/lamboot -v -ssi boot sysv ~/machinefile
I've also tried usysv and shmem. I receive the following error on all
three:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The boot module named "sysv" could not be found.
This typically means that you misspelled the desired module name, used
the wrong name entirely, or the module has decided that it does not
want to run in this environment.
