Humm. I'm not sure if LSF was supported in LAM/MPI 6.3, but it is
supported in the LAM/MPI 7.0 series. This FAQ entry talks about the
support:
http://www.lam-mpi.org/faq/category12.php3#question4
However, even though LSF is used to define the nodes to boot over,
LAM/MPI still uses rsh/ssh to launch LAM/MPI Daemons.
http://www.lam-mpi.org/faq/category4.php3#question7
I don't believe there is a way to launch a lam daemon without going
through lamboot, since lamboot does a lot of bookkeeping with the
daemons as it launches them.
Sorry I can't be of more help,
Josh
