LAM simply invokes "globusrun" to launch processes remotely (i.e., lamboot). Once you have lambooted successfully, you can LAM just like in any other environment (e.g., mpirun, etc.).

It seems that if a machine can be reached by Globus, it can be included into big Lam node-set by identifying their host name. The Lam is in the top of Globus, the task in the Lam can be sent to Globus node, without any difference of lam node.
It's an expandedness of hosts, right?

I'm no expert on LAM/Globus - but it appears nothing special needs to be
done to LAM for Globus support. That is, I see a globus boot component
on a default LAM installation here. Not sure what versions of Globus
LAM needs - I would start with the latest and go from there.

The LAM User's Guide has some good information on setting up LAM to work
with Globus -- this might be useful to you. The relevent section is 8.1.6.
