We have fairly extensive installation documentation available on our
web page and in pdf form in ever LAM/MPI tarball. If that isn't
enough, you probably should start with a good book on Linux systems
administration. Something that covers setting up a small network and
that kinds of stuff. There really isn't much to using LAM/MPI in a
non-clustered environment. The basic requirements are just:
* make sure LAM is installed on every node
* make sure you can login from one node to another without a password
That's really about it. From there, follow the LAM/MPI installation
and users guides and you should be all set.
Hope this helps,
Brian
