I'm afraid that I can't answer this question. I worked on porting
ARMCI to PM (the low level communication of SCore[1]) about 3 years
ago; I haven't looked at ARMCI since... But the main author (J.
Nieplocha) was very quick and helpful in answering my questions;
there's also a mailing list IIRC.
