Exact. It works. And it shows lam doesn't open the good
lam-hostmap.txt, but I don't have any idea why it opens
/opt/lam-7.1.2/etc/lam-hostmap.txt, (lsof shows that
/usr/local/lam-7.1.2b31/bin/mpirun is run)
I think I will recompile lam
