Sorry if I am not clear,
I ask for "One-sided Communication" paradigm, which uses "MPI_WIN_*" primitives.
Are they implemented in LAM ?

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. The MPI interface focuses
on message passing -- it does not have any provisions (at the user
interface) for virtual shared memory.
