You don't - the mpi-gm dir seems to contain mpich-gm (at least the ch_gm
part suggests that), which is a mpich flavor for the Myrinet interconnect,
an entirely different MPI version, supported by Myricom. They're very
helpful and usually very quick to respond - try www.myri.com for further
info - this list is definitely the wrong place for further queries.
