I rebuild it again. For lam7.1.1, some configure options is different with 7.0.6. To cooperate with BLCR module, it should be configured with --with-cr-blcr and --with-cr-base-file-dir but not the previous --with-blcr and --with-cr-file-dir. Sorry for my impatience. Now the lam7.1.1 can work BLCR module together.
But is seem it have some other errors with 7.1.1. When executing "cr_checkpoint ****", it only produces the context.**** file, without context.****.n0.**** files, and the execution can't be restarted from the single context.**** file.
