I'm trying to set up LAM-MPI 7.1.1 on my OS X 10.4.3 G5 machine, but
am having problems when it comes to getting it configured. I am
trying to use XLF 8.1 as the fortran compiler, XLC 6.0 as the C
compiler and C++ compiler. Here is what I enter before I begin
compiling:
export CC=/opt/ibmcmp/vac/6.0/bin/xlc
export CXX=/opt/ibmcmp/vacpp/6.0/bin/xlc++
export FC=/opt/ibmcmp/xlf/8.1/bin/xlf
export CFLAGS="-O3"
export CXXFLAGS="-O3"
export FFLAGS="-O3"
I then initiate the configuration with this command:
./configure --with-memory-manager=none --prefix=/usr/local/lam
I'll copy what happens in the configuration process:
