I am trying to install lam mpi with Infiniband
I did as follow:
% ./configure --prefix=/root/lam-7.1.1/ --with-rpi=ib
--with-rpi-ib=/usr/mellanox/
% make all
% make install
I got the follow errors while make install:
test -z "/root/lam-7.1.1//etc" || mkdir -p -- . "/root/lam-7.1.1//etc"
/usr/bin/install -c -m 644 'lam-conf.lamd'
'/root/lam-7.1.1//etc/lam-conf.lamd'
/usr/bin/install: `lam-conf.lamd' and
`/root/lam-7.1.1//etc/lam-conf.lamd' are the same file
/usr/bin/install -c -m 644 'lam-helpfile'
'/root/lam-7.1.1//etc/lam-helpfile'
/usr/bin/install: `lam-helpfile' and `/root/lam-7.1.1//etc/lam-helpfile'
are the same file
make[2]: *** [install-sysconfDATA] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/root/lam-7.1.1/etc'
make[1]: *** [install-am] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/lam-7.1.1/etc'
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
