thanks for your kind reply. I did download Cygipc from
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/kde-cygwin/cygipc-1.11-1-src.tar.bz2?use_mirror=kent
and installed it properly.
See attached file that the ipc-daemon is running as
service.
However, when I do the <net start ipc-daemon>, it says
the service is not responding to the control function.
see attached file.
When configuring for LAM_MPI, it always complain and
stop to say I need a ipc-daemon2 to be running. see
the configure.log.
How do I get a ipc-daemon2 to be running?
Utimately, I want to configure and install the LAM_MPI
properly and use it.
