Hi I'm occasionally getting the following errors...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The selected RPI failed to initialize during MPI_INIT. This is a
fatal error; I must abort.
This occurred on host ###### (n0).
The PID of failed process was 18319 (MPI_COMM_WORLD rank: 0)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
It usually starts after I've killed a process midway through.
It seems the only way to resolve the problem is to do a machine reboot
I tried lamcleam, lamboot killing all processes manually but it doesn't
seem to help
From reading previous posts it seems it's something to do with running
out of shared memory semaphores, is there anyway to clean the existing
semaphores without a reboot?
Thanks
