Thanks for your fast answer.

I allso tested this code with mpich2, which is thread-safe.
All my previous multi-threaded test under mpich2 worked nice, so there
has to be something wrong exept the fact that it's mt...

Do you allso happen to know when LAM will support MPI_THREAD_MULTIPLE ?
