This is normal if you don't have PBS/Torque or Myrinet installed and/or
didn't tell LAM where to find them.

For some reason, it looks like you are missing the file T.c. As a
first guess, it looks like your LAM tree is corrupted -- you might want
to re-download the tarball and check its md5sum against what is listed
on the web site.

Can you try this and let us know what happens?
