Yes. You would use the command:
rpmbuild -ba /path/to/file.spec
which will generate both the binary and source RPMs; use "-bb" instead
of "-ba" to generate only the binary RPM, but having the SRPM is
useful to do at another time just 'rpmbuild --rebuild'.
