Hello. I've been using the ScaLAPACK subroutine PDSTEBZ and it's been
working fine until lately, when it's been returning an error value of 5.
This error value is not covered in the documentation on netlib or anywhere
else that I've seen. Does anyone know what this means or where I can find
out? Thanks!
