Have a look at the "no schedule" features of lamboot -- check out the
"lamboot" command in the LAM/MPI User's Guide ("Avoiding Running on
Specific Nodes"). You can designate n0 to be "non schedulable" node,
but then explicitly run the master on n0. All the other processes will
then avoid n0 when scheduling in a round-robin fashion.
