LAM unfortunately does not support the F90 MPI module. :-( LAM only
supports compiling Fortran 90 MPI applications using the F77 MPI
bindings.

The F90 MPI module is already supported in Open MPI, however. First
public release will be "real soon now" (probably before 7.1.2, at this
rate!).
