If by faster you mean "that takes less time", then it's not possible.
This is a function of the OS and it's very much dependent of how much
data the OS keeps about a process (which needs to be saved when
jumping to another process) and CPU capabilities of saving internal
state (registers, including possible virtual to physical memory
translations, etc.).
