I'm afraid I can't help you out very much - I'm not familiar with any
of the applications you are working with. Have a look at the LAM
User's Guide (included with the LAM distribution) and the LAM FAQ for
information on running MPI applications under LAM.

It really isn't difficult - it's pretty much "mpirun -np <num procs>
<app name>
