Yes. Please send config.log and the output of `configure [your args]',
preferably of the svn snapshot.
Then, after `make' failed, please go into share/libltdl, type
make
then also
make libltdlc.la
and show both outputs separately.
Please pack (bzip2, gzip or zip) large attachments.
I'm pretty sure this is a pgi/x86-64 combination issue.
