We made a few fixes to what we did in 7.1.1 in terms of preventing
MPI_COMM_SPAWN apps from using cr kinds of things (we don't support
MPI-2 dynamic processes with cr). Could you try this with the latest
7.1.2 beta tarball and see if you get the same results:
