The issue is addressed in the nightly tarball, or a patch submitted to the
list in the last two weeks.
As far as how to use it with SLURM, this is what works for me.
srun -n4 [other options] -b /path/to/bash/script
bash script
#! /bin/bash
lamboot
mpirun -np 4 [other options] /path/to/executable [executable options]
lamhalt lamclean
This is very simple and works for me. You may have to be careful with Slurm
wanting to terminate steps after a set amount of time. This script is a
single step. I just configure Slurm to ignore the step timeouts.
I'm sorry if this is not appropriate for the list, but this took me weeks to
get working myself, no use for someone else to have to go through it.
