Brian and Davide,

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately INCLUDE 'mpif.h' doesn't work for
this program, so my assumption is they sent me the wrong bit of code
because they had it running on both MVPICH and LAM/MPI. That leads me
to believe that they sent me the MVAPICH version. The information you
gave me was very helpful.
